WOW!! Remember last night I wrote about a cousin I'd just found out about that looked like my mom?? Well check this out...I added cousin Gail to my MySpace friends and she started looking around at some of the pictures of my mom on there....and she did the following once she found one of my mom from high school:

I had to shrink it a bit, but just look at the similarities.....same face, smile, even the same glasses! Now get THIS....mom's birthday was October 11.....Gail's birthday is October 22!! Not only that, but BOTH my mom and Gail are from Wisconsin (mom from Kenosha and Gail from Northern Wisconsin....and she's around the same age as my mom would be now. From what my aunt told me about Gail, she even sounds like my mom and has her mannerisms. Too bizarre! Below is the picture taken a couple of weeks ago in Hawaii of my Aunt and Gail:

If my mom were alive today, this is exactly how I'd picture her to look. This picture is a bit fuzzy down-sized, but the original took my breath away when I saw it. I know this may sound bizarre, but Gail's similarities to my mom are both unsettling and comforting at the same time. Unsettling in that it's been so long since I've SEEN my mother that I'd probably want to cry if I met Gail in person, but comforting in that for just a second or two, it'd almost be like my mom saying hello to me again. Does that make any sense?

Ok, so family twins aside---

Work today was not awful....I've been trying VERY hard to re-focus my energies into doing the best that I can during my 8 hours there and not stress about the rest of it. When I try to concentrate on getting EVERYTHING done at the same time, I end up screwing up SO bad that I dont' get ANYTHING done at all! Now that's not to say I'm still not annoyed beyond belief when things go down the crapper, but at least I'm making an effort to control my blood pressure when they do!

SPEAKING of the crapper---
Someone took a serious dump in the men's room at work today.....SO bad in fact that it stunk up the ENTIRE floor!! We thought the sewer system had backed up!! Seriously folks....whomever this was that took that dump should have just gone home for the day because they CLEARLY had some stomach issues!!                         

    You just KNOW there had to be SOME warning for this guy....you don't blow out a toilet like that with no gurgling beforehand!

Cindy took me out for dinner this evening....I went with her to Walmart to get a new futon for her spare bedroom, so she insisted on feeding me! Of course I would have done it regardless, but hey...I never turn down free food! I had an awesome chicken philly at this new place in town...it was ALMOST as good as what you'd get in Philadelphia...not AS good, but close!

Cousin update: the cousin that recently fooled around on his wife is now getting his payback. It seems that the girl he was messing around with has now become somewhat obsessed.....

Anyone out there shocked by this?
